We have always used a dish mat but when we were introduced to a stone mat I couldn't resist. It is great quality!

I've been wanting something to set dishes on other than a normal dish rack that takes up space and a dish towel I was currently using. I wanted to stay away from fabric because it gets dirty pretty quick and wet fabric doesn't sit right with me. I tried this and was a little concerned about the gaps but the plastic between is actually not even a concern. It allows me to save space when I want to leave it off the counter. I knew stone absorbs water but this was a lot quicker than I expected. The first picture is when I first put the wet dish (plastic top of a cat filter) down. I promise the second picture was taken 30 to 45 seconds after. It dried that quick. I don't have to worry about that little extra water I didn't happen to dump or shake out of a dish. I'm really excited to gave this. AND it's discreet and disappears on the counter pretty well. And when you do notice it, it's simple, flat, and low key. Love it!

I like this mat in my kitchen as it helps to protect the countertop. It does stain easily, but it wipes up nicely and absorbs water very well.

Sorely disappointed in this product! I got the white one and it’s impossible to clean. I tried every cleaning I own as well as diy cleaners, it doesn’t even fad the staining. It just looks gross now and I have not had it for long

Got this because I was tired of my cloth dish drying mat. This was super cute but after a month or so it started staining and the tiny sand paper that comes with it doesn’t really fix anything. Wouldn’t buy again but is cute if you aren’t constantly washing dishes.

The media could not be loaded. This stone dish drying mat absorbs water fast. It also keeps the counter dry. It’s sleek and matches my kitchen aesthetic perfectly. What a great upgrade from my fabric mat.

The stone part dries well but the plastic backing that holds the stone together must have a hole or something in it and once water gets under that it doesn’t dry. Had to put paper towels under it to absorb the water so it defeats the purpose. The stone is also NOT stain resistant- some coffee dripped on it and now it has permanent stains no matter what I do to clean it.

The mat worked well for the first few weeks. However, we're starting to notice water leaks through the mat onto the counter. Not sure if our item is defective or if it's from wear? When water gets stuck underneath the mat, it does get slimy. Visually, it looks great and dries items fast!
