I brought this to try and strengthen my legs. I just received it yesterday. I just used it for the first time. It is more than I expected. I brought the pink one. I feel it not only helps my legs .I can feel it working on my whole body . It is great for people like me that sit a lot. You can not go wrong with this one and price is very good. It is made very good and it is so easy to use.

Item was very easy to set up and use. I bought it for my diabetic husband. It helps him get exercise while improving circulation in his feet. The additional arm pulls are great when he wants to exercise his upper body. It is quiet and appropriate for an office.

This is an amazing machine! It works great. It gives a nice workout on your legs. The added resistance bands are a great addition to get your arms moving. I am completely happy with my purchase.

This unit is wonderful. I have used it everyday since day since I purchase it, I have strengthened my legs use the pedals and arms using the elastic ropes. It is very quiet. I would highly recommend to others. Just a great purchase.

I use this product I am up to five months at 5 cycles of 15 minutes each, daily. It is passive exercise. All I have to do is get my feet on the pedals, use the remote control, and the machine moves my legs. The machine does slip on my wood floor but I tuck the arm exercise straps under my thighs and the machine does not slip on the floor. My only complaint is the remote control. You have to be very, VERY close to the machine for it to pick up the remote control signals. It is comfortable to use, sturdy plastic and easy to pull around with the straps or light to lift. I would give it a five for my use except for the remote.

I purchased this as a Christmas Gift for my mom who has crippling pain with issues walking and ambulating.This has been instrumental in getting my mom up and ambulating with less pain. It has provided her with a new found “freedom” and the feeling of being less dependent on others to get up and get moving. She is feeling stronger and it has helped in her healing and recovery. It has provided her with a good sense of balance and safety that she had been slowly losing.It is a strong and sturdy machine and the automated system has been able to help her get started. It’s safe and easy to use.I have recommended this to all our family and friends and anyone we know experiencing any decline in their health and ability to get out of the house during the cold and or humid months. Great for older people. My mom uses her elliptical everyday at her computer desk and while watching tv. It really helps with blood circulation. : )
