It is worst product just after two days of purchasing and regular use it got shut down and short and when the mechanich open it for inspection/ repair he count that all materials were local in it.After that I paid 1250 again for original spare parts and repair.

Everything is fine now except the plug size, which might not be feasible for the hostel usage.

UPDATE : I called for service and the person visited next day at convenience of my time and said that it's normal. So I'm satisfied now with product and also service(service is free for 1 year of warranty period). The product is functioning properly. It requires a 16A socket.Previous issue : The glass had very minor scratches which are not easily visible even in well lit room due to it's being black but when using torch, the scratches seems to be like a stain but are not getting cleaned even with damp clothes. Also the cable when moves shakes deep into the induction, I don't know if it's meant to be like that or it is defective. And the worst part is I can't click pictures of these issues and cross verify if it's normal or something that can get me a headache when the cable brreaks off Or those scratches crack the glass which would definitely NOT be covered in warranty as mentioned in manual.

This is really good. I'm using it for months and I don't face any issues.
