Works but doesn’t last too long.
Not especially nasty. Works really well but wish the effect lasted a bit longer . it also has a warning for potential reaction so consider that and be aware.I’d say it’s worth a try.

Fast acting and last a long time plus the taste was great
Wife used the day we got it…. I must say it was absolutely amazing. She said the taste was much better than others and lasted much longer and was quicker acting. I’m well endowed at about 10in and she could take the whole thing no problem tonight…. She was even suprised and made it so much fun to have her lay back with her head on the edge of bed and get that throat bulge that men like to see. She had no let up and said worked as it should the whole time

Good Taste, Works but Too Short-Lived
The quality of this spray is decent, and the strawberry flavor is actually pleasant, which makes it easy to use. It definitely works as intended and helps right away, but the effectiveness doesn’t last long—only about two minutes before wearing off. While it does what it claims, I wish it lasted longer to make it more useful.

Yes, it will numb your throat decently well, but you, well I, must first get past the taste and burn of this product. It makes me gag almost every time I use it. But that's the only downfall I have found with it
