Best bang for the buck!
I just got mine recently so this is a first impressions as a new and short term owner. I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this brand and model. It appeared to offer the best value for the cost and most features, I believe it lives up to that expectation. It was pretty easy and straight forward to assemble, it took about a half hour. I was able to do everything myself putting it together except for the the rear anti tip wheels. I wasn't able to get down and work that low, so I had to have someone else put them on for me. I think it would be much better if they shipped it with the anti tip wheels already attached. I ran it in grass, packed gravel and on concrete. It can go much faster than most other mobility scooters. The 350 watt electric motor has a lot of power for the speed and inclines. I would recommend keeping the speed control set about halfway, that is plenty. It is light compared to a lot of other models. Taking the seat assembly off and the lithium ion batter out, I can fold the steering column down and lift all three components into a trunk or truck bed. The side mirrors, USB charging port and phone holder are all nice extras. I also like that it has a basket on the rear as well as the front. It doesn't turn as sharp as some of the commercial grade carts found in supermarkets, but it turns sharp enough that you can do a 3 point turn in an aisle to go the other direction. As I stated in the beginning, new owner so far so not able to speak to durability, but it seems to be a well built and durable mobility scooter to me. I would highly recommend this mobility scooter to anyone looking for a combination good quality and good value. *** Update, I have used this on 4 outings so far, 3 stores that don't provide mobility scooters and a county far that was mostly on bare ground. It performed extremely well, went up hill better than any store scooter I've ever used. After 4 outings the battery was only down 1 pip on the gage.

Nice little starter scooter for a great price.
I just wanted a scooter for Disney days but I didn't want to spend over $1,000. This fit the bill. It's very light weight and has a lithium battery which is long lasting. It needs assembled when it arrives so make sure to have someone handy standing by. My only complaints are that the body doesn't come apart in two pieces like most scooters of this size and the turning radius is TERRIBLE. I have to constantly make 3-10 point turns to go around tight corners. Otherwise it's working great and I love the baskets and the usb outlet on the steering column.

Turning
Not even close to being able to turn on itself for tight places.Very large turning radius for this small of a device. Can not even do a three point turn for a corner, maybe a 20 point turn.Arrived with broken headlight and company never responded. Amazon took care of it.It is a good scooter with best motor and batteries which is why I purchased.

Smooth surface riding only!
Pros: Pretty dreamy looking machine with “bells & whistles” in it’s price range that others don’t offer, like a cell phone charging port & holder, very bright front & rear lights, side mirrors, comfortable swivel seat, basket front & rear. The small solid plastic tires/wheels are perfect for smooth sidewalks, well maintained paved parking lots, indoor grocery shopping, or mall.Cons: Small solid tires/wheels are NOT made for outdoor events, and will beat the heck out of you and especially your back. So, if you’re looking for one to take to outside events, such as a fair, swap meet, NASCAR, rodeo, etc, then look for one with 8”-10” tires. Any,, riding surface such as an unpaved road/driveway, grassy area, even a golf course, that’s the least bit uneven with pothole holes, small rocks have high potential to tip over sideways, going up small hill it will likely wheelie, and tip over backwards at minimum low speed, which I personally experienced my first, and only attempt riding it. Now it’s parked, and will continue to be, especially since it’s not returnable.. I’m 60 years old with extensive experience driving for 50 of those years, at 5’6” tall and 160lbs, have ridden/driven cars, lawn mowers, motorcycles, 4 wheelers, tractors, heavy equipment. To be kind, this is not a rider/operator friendly machine, be careful, and very vigilant of where you’re riding, or plan to ride.

Pros and cons
First comment is delivery quick and no delay. Easy to complete putting together. Comfortable and more leg space than most others on market. I haven’t ridden it long enough to need to recharge yet but the speed is more than most other scooters on the market. My great granddaughters are able to lift it into my vehicle for transportating.Cons: rear view mirrors not included, but I would not not necessarily utilized so that is okay. I never could find out how and where the USB is located that is something I probably would have found useful but not something to make this purchase regrettable. The things that are of concern or to note is that it will not easily fit in some vehicles so measure to be sure it will fit in yours. The biggest con to me is that it makes turns in most cases difficult to accomplish as you will have to back up and go forward a couple of times to make turns into rooms off of a hallway such as doctors office and also in your shopping in department store it is difficult to manage around displays. You need to decide the reason you will be utilizing this scooter and make determination based on your needs. Four wheel is much safer than three wheel but needs much bigger space for turns.
