Magic music maker 2025 Premium is an application that seems vast in its functionality.It comes with it's own library of loops, effects and there are options to download much more paid and free plugins.It can also support a MIDI keyboard to give full MIDI functionality.It has a bit of a learning curve but there is plenty of built in help and online tutorials to get you going.It also has good crash recovery where your work is cached and recoverable in the event of a crash or power failure.In summary, this is a very powerful and expandable music making application that is similar to applications like cakewalk.If you have never made music before, this should get you going.Worth shortlisting.

Great program. Complicated but with a little patience a very capable program. I'm not sure if it was the disc I got, but it took at least an hour to instal the core program. I haven't started on the companion add-ons yet. The download version may be a lot simpler. That aside, I really like the program and it's abilities. Still learning it yet but it seems to do everything I need. God value for money.

I need to make some of my own music for a project I'm working on. This is a challenge as I haven't picked up an instrument in over 15 years now and I have never used any digital audio software before. With that in mind, this is pretty decent for a beginner like myself. Setup is a bit of a pain at first but once that hurdle is passed, I found the program fairly intuitive and was able to get started quite quickly. I can imagine it might be quite limiting for someone with far for experience though

MAGIX Music Maker 2025 Premium is a really user friendly programme, suitable for Windows10/11 on 2 separate devices. You do need to have a disc drive.It has multiple features including sample sounds and loops that are simple and easy to use if you have never used software like this before, and also has plenty to keep experienced users satisfied too. You don't need any prior knowledge to create professional sounding pieces of music.Overall, it takes a little bit of time to get your head around it all but when you do its a all encompassing programme that is fun to use and helps you produce high quality sounding music from all genres.

If you're looking for music creation and editing software then this fits the bill.I've been using Audacity for around 10 years to edit music in my collection and I thought I'd give Magix Music Maker a try to see how it compares.After a few hours of playing around I'd achieved a basic grasp of it's functionality. It's different from Audacity but not so much so that it proved unfathomable, different isn't necessarily bad.It has many more controls and effects than the version of Audacity that I've been using for years, some of which give a great deal more versatility and some which are just nice to haves.If you're looking to make music rather than just editing it then this software will work for you.I've installed this software on my Asus Core i5 laptop and it seems to work without any glitches.Installation and set up went without any problems and the software key worked first time.Verdict: A good piece of software which is technically competent and simple for the average user to pick up easily.

This is the full version of Music Maker Premium for Windows or MacOS. It is fully-featured music making software that works like any other DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) but also contains packs of sound samples that you can purchase within the app to extend your music making capabilities further. It is intuitive to use and quite easy to begin to make music with. I first tried this software back in 1997 and this new 2024 version is transformed and so much more featured and scope of use. It also comes with a copy of Sound Forge to further edit sound files. I would recommend this software highly.

Software that comes on a CD/DVD ought to be able to be installed and used without recourse to the web. And even worse, when you go to the web, if that is really necessary, you should not have to provide loads of private information - email, phone, address etc, just to get the necessary serial number for activation.The documentation with this product outlines that you can get the serial number off some element of the sleeve the disc comes in. But that is a "voucher code" or 'different' (i.e. wrong) serial number. So basically I don't understand why they supply a physical installation disc, when it's impossible to actually make it work from that disc.The documentation is wrong, and there is the awful impression that nobody at the company has tested it. When you sign into the website, it is also not clear, and (as already said) it is annoying to have to register with confidential details to use the software. The website is annoying and suffers german->english transation quirks. And the product itself, once you finally get through the rigmarole, is quite annoying with popups and reminders and adverts and similar.I think this software might have been good once, but accountants and marketing bores may have taken over and now it has lost sight of what it should be.That being said, once finally bitten-and-clawed into the installation/registration, the software looks and feels much like any other DAW. My real question is that given options such as "Reaper" exist, which are cheap not free, and do not have any of the frustrating nonsense attached, maybe one of those would be a better option?
