Sturdy Mount - Adds flexibility to bigger monitors
Freed up my desk completely. First impressions are good.Assembly is straightforward enough, the instructions could be clearer but if your use to these kinda things (Ikea type instructions), it shouldn’t be too hard to setup. You can mount the arm to a desk via drilling however, I’ve stuck with the included clamp. Giving it a shake or two, you can tell it’s not going anywhere. Quality wise, the mount is very sturdy, definitely well built.I went for gas spring because the level of flexibility they offer is second to none. Being able to raise / lower, swivel and tilt such a big monitor effortlessly (mine’s 27’) is a real game changer. You can adjust the arms flex-rigidity with a single H5 which is handy. I would say use your own tools when assembling. The allen key’s included are okay but if it’s gunna mount your monitor, you shouldn’t cut corners. If I had one con, I would say it’s not the best for holding bigger monitors while fully extended. It will shake for a few seconds after adjustment but secures itself pretty quickly. Still, this doesn’t take away from the greatness of the product. It’s early days but overall happy so far! I plan on adding a second mounted monitor to my setup but wanted to get an ideal of how it’ll look first. For less than £40, this mount is excellent value for money, you really can’t go wrong.

Great monitor arm for the price
Don’t usually leave reviews but this monitor arm deserved one, extremely sturdy and flexible especially for the price point. Using with a 32 inch curved monitor with no issues.

Atrocious cable management
Packaging feels sturdy and premium, and so do the parts. Installation is fairly straightforward and managed to mount the monitors fine, 2x 27", one for each arm. The issue is the cable management:1. the plastic tray is flimsy and very easy to break (I did break up some of the plastic on both arms I purchased)2. the instruction manual is not clear, nor is the Vivo video on Youtube relating to this SKU -- the video shows a slightly different product revision3. after you manage to remove the plastic bits to house the cables in, you realise that all that effort was almost pointless because you can hardly fit the cables, and even if you do, you will need to bend them a lot, which I don't want to do, so I opted for a different approach to cable management and now hook the cables to the wall behind the monitors. If this lasts I will bump to 4 stars because ultimately it's the arm itself I'm concerned about, and can work around the bad cable management

Sturdy
Sturdy and well made id recommended being slightly careful with the cable management sleeves as they do flex a little and might snap but they get the job done

Very sturdy, easily adjusted
Putting it together was relatively easy, and it comes with the required screws to attach the monitor. Clears off my desk, and I can get monitor in perfect position above my laptop screen. Very happy!

Exeptional quality - quite surprised!
Thought it would be another flimsy semi-satisfactory arm, but it turned out to be the highest-quality kit.Well packed, solid, with a clear instruction and online Vivo support, if needed. Easy to assemble arm, no fuss, highly recommend. The cables can be tucked in, I didn't do it because I have height-adjustable table and my cables are rather short.

Less than perfect...
First off, the product looks and feels well- made. It came with very clear instructions, tools and parts needed to put it together. The only problem I am currently facing is getting the upper arm to stay horizontal. Having followed all instructions carefully, it arm continues to rise quite a bit. Also, I cannot rotate the monitor into a portrait position.Unless, I eventually discover how to sort these out, I will not recommend it.UPDATE : I have fiddled with this for the part 2 days and have come to the conclusion that this arm DOES NOT rotate into portrait. I would be returning it.
