Premium High Fat Dutch Cocoa Powder - 2.5 Lb Tub

I love this cocoa, and it is the only one that I use for my baking! I have also tried their brand of the black cocoa and that is equally as good!! Great company, superior cocoa!! If you want rich cocoa for your cookies, cakes, quick breads and such, or for hot cocoa, this is the one to get!! I've been using this for the past year or so, and I won't go back to store brand or even national brand!! Thank you for such amazing cocoa!

I've gone through a couple of jars of this powder and I love it. It mixes easily and feels like a very fine powder. Some cocoa powders have a bitter aftertaste. This doesn't. It doesn't take a lot to get that great chocolate taste. I generally don't add the full amount to recipes because this is so full of flavor it's not necessary.

I mix up this cocoa with dark dried barley malt extract, dried sugar cane juice and a tiny bit of powdered stevia in a jar, and add about a teaspoon or so to my coffee, with some milk and coconut milk. Great rich cocoa flavor - the best I've found.

Rich flavorful with a high fat content to enrich the flavor in your baked goods.

Unfortunately I've only used this to make hot chocolate so I can only write a review based off of that. Honestly I think this is going to be a 10/10 for me! My hot chocolate was so rich and smooth, and ugh I just want to have it every night because it's so good! I would recommend sifting it as the cocoa butter does solidify at cooler Temps, and right now in MN my 1949 kitchen cupboards are chilly 🥶🥶The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star yet is because I want to play with it more and will probably update this later.

Very good caco powder

This is a wooping 2.5 pounds of cocoa and worth it. It’s filled all the way to the top with rich brown powder. The smell hits you as soon as you open it. The one I received was purchased a few months ago and doesn’t expire until March 2025. I bought the smaller container and when it was empty, decided to buy this larger one. I also have the black cocoa. I’ve made cakes, muffins, ice cream sandwiches, cookies but my favorite is hot cocoa, You won’t regret it.Highly recommend
