I have really noticed the difference in energy levels since using these magnesium tablets. Very pleased.

The media could not be loaded. This would be perfect if it had K2 with D3, it just has low dosed D3 in it, but does contain some zinc which helps balance out the magnesium, as both supplements go hand in hand, you cannot have one without the other, as too much of one, will deplete the other in the body.What I like:--Contains zinc, this goes great with magnesium.--I found it easy to swallow.--Contains Vitamin D3.--3 forms of magnesium.--Comes in a dark glass jar, dark glass helps shield, the ingredients from light induced degradation.What I didn't like:--Only 30 days supply.--Expensive for 30 days 20 quid currently.--Doesn't contain K2, this would go amazing with D3.--D3 , magnesium, zinc, all very low dosed.This is a good supplement, but low dosed magnesium for 30 days, with low dosed zinc and d3 might not be worth the 20 quid price tag. Yooo, real talk. Let me tell you about this triple magnesium complex. I have never taken a magnesium supplement until now, so I was actually kind of nervous about taking them (let alone a triple complex). I could not have started them at a better time.HANGOVER: My in-laws came into town, and they drink us under the table each time. I'm not much of a drinker, so when we go out with them, I 100% feel it the next morning. Definitely hit my drink maximum that night. I took my first supplement before bed, and made an unexpected discovery the next morning...I felt NOTHING. Nothing! Totally fine!MOTION SICKNESS: Later that morning, we all took a trip to Penzance (roughly a 2-hour drive). My entire life, I have been remarkably prone to motion sickness... sitting in the back of the car is a death sentence. I hopped into the back anyway, not sure why — probably so as not to bother the other passengers. We went through a roundabout and missed our exit, so we had to go the full circle of the roundabout. I can ALWAYS feel this motion in my ears, then my throat, and then I want to puke. But this time...I felt NOTHING. Nothing!! Totally fine!!!FINDINGS: I had no idea magnesium (presumably) was so essential in these physiological realms, and the fact that I had not even the tiniest tinge of motion sickness during that car ride is so monumentally life-changing, I can't even get the point across. So anyway, let's get to the actual product details:First of all, the capsules are huge, but I have had no difficulty swallowing them — they don't get stuck or anything uncomfortable like that. It does not leave a weird taste in my mouth or throat. The instructions recommend 2 per day, but I found that I clearly reap the benefits with just 1, so I'll stick to that for now. One thing I noticed is that my urine the next morning has a noticeably different smell, almost... I don't know, earthier? Bitter-er? I don't know if I like that too much.I'm too lazy at 2AM to write out the ingredients, so you can just check my image for that info. I don't know if it's the magnesium, the zinc, or the vitamin D3 that's giving me these miracles, but whatever it is, I'll be taking it from now on until someone tells me to stop.

I've been taking magnesium supplements for a few years now, and none have come in such a fancy looking glass bottle! 😂The bottle contains 60 tablets, and the dosage is 2 per day, meaning you have 30-days worth.Like most magnesium tablets, they are quite big but are easy enough to swallow with water.I've been taking them for around 2 weeks now and haven't noticed any decline in my health, meaning that they must be doing their job as well as my previous ones.They are not the cheapest though, so you may be paying a premium for a fancy glass bottle!

These magnesium capsules come in a brown glass bottle with a screw top lid. The capsules are not too large, have a smooth torpedo shape, and I've found them easy enough to swallow without aftertaste or indigestion.I understand that magnesium is supposed to help with muscle aches and also induce calm and help with sleep. I've not noticed a lot of difference to either muscles or sleep but with time I'm hoping that my body will calm and ease into better sleepAt a dose of two capsules per day this bottle will last for 30 days. At todays price of £19.99 I feel it's too expensive for me to continue beyond this bottle.

Easy to swallow capsules. I try to get my magnesium through food but sometimes this is not always possible so the supplement helps my goal. Readers of this review would be best to research the reasons for why they want to take it as I’m not an expert.

Arrived promptly.Minimal packaging, but safely packaged.Nice professional packaging/label that add to the value of the product.Clear instructions on how to administer/consume for daily dose allowance.No unpleasant taste, no harsh chemical after-taste and not bitter either.Generally value for money here given extract ingredients and potency, would say is the higher end of its kind on the market.Would recomend this product amongst others, as believe it delivers on what it aims to, in less time than others currently online.

For the price these are considerably more than the usual magnesium I take, they come very well packaged and almost look a bit fancy. They are quite bit to take but taken with a big gulp of a drink I found they don’t really get stuck. I haven’t noticed a difference in taking them from my other brand so they must be doing there job. Mainly just relaxing better before bed, sleeping better etc.
