All of the parts were included and no shipping damage. Instructions were very clear and following said instructions made the install relatively pain for this 85 year old. Two caveats: The rail cover created a problem for the clamps and the front bulkhead seal came up 3/4 of an inch short. The clamps could not function correctly with the truck rail cap in place. Top would not lock because the rail was tipped down slightly. Clamps kept slipping down or could not slide up high enough to raise the rail high enough. I removed material from the vinyl cap right below the bolt hole the width of the clamp. Clamps worked as designed after that and the cover locked down properly.

Was easy to install, looks good. I plan on moving across country and it seems like this will secure what I haul.The only thing I would suggest is that you go to their website and search for the instructions specific to your truck model and do not use the instructions in the box. While you order a cover specific to your make and model of truck, the instructions in the box are generic. On step 25 of the instructions it tells you to use the 4th set of clamps to attach the straps used to tie down the rolled up cover. But I did not have a 4th set of clamps. Just as I was about to call support, I found instructions for the 2025 Ford Ranger. These instructions on step 4 you are supposed to attach them to the 3rd set of clamps.

It's a known fact that the bed rail cap stake holes on the Rangers leak water into the bed (even with a bed liner). This cover is poorly designed. It doesn't cover the stake hole caps where other much less expensive trifolds do, giving you a fighting chance of keeping your bed dry, or at least drier than this model. I'm not looking for completely waterproof, but this thing doesn't do anything to try and combat the problem. I don't recommend buying it, especially at the price.

Went with this roll up style as opposed to the three piece flip models as you can still see quite well out the rear window with it rolled. Also can be removed without too much trouble by unscrewing four knobs, they're on tight, but can be unscrewed and top removed if you need that extra 10 or so inches in the bed. One of the plastic corners arrived with a crack, but called service and they sent a kit with glue and left and right corner pieces so all good there. Installed this myself and had no trouble, but I'm a bit more handy than the average Joe. Cover looks good installed. Recommended.

First, this product comes with no instructions. Go to YouTube to see how to install it. Second, inspect the shipping box. Mine came in slightly damaged and when I opened it, it seemed okay. REALTRUCK Customer Service is bad. Wait time is hours not minutes. The pictures below after waiting over 1 1/2 hours never got resolved. Everthing is a transfer from one department to another and no one hs the answer. I will try to repair this but there is no way I can send this back. Third, I will not buy another because of customer service. in two words, "It sucks".

I wanted a tonneau cover that provided some security and didn't block my view out the rear window when retracted. This cover meets my requirements. It appears to be very well made and looks great.The instructions that came with the cover were wrong. Step 1 of the instructions was to install the bulkhead seal. The instructions showed a rectangular seal. The seal that came with my cover was not rectangular and was asymmetric. The asymmetry made it unclear which way the seal was to be installed. Step two involved clamping the rails to the bed side. My clamps didn't look anything like those in the instructions. Fortunately, I was able to find instruction on-line that matched the components that came with my cover.

The functionality of this easy-to-install cover has exceeded my expectations. It is water resistant as advertised and very sturdy feeling. Two folds can be laid forward, then easily secured for transport, or you can fold three panels to lean up against the back of the cab, securing it for transport, and allowing for the use of the majority of the bed for items that cannot have a cover over them.
