I have had smart toilet seats from different vendors but this is the first complete smart toilet with exceptional features. Some Features are Auto Lid opening, Auto Flush, Various Spraying Settings & Ambient Lighting, Warm water option, Ergonomic Heated seat with various heat level settings, although I haven’t used many of its smart features yet but eventually will. Initially, I was having trouble with the toilet not cleaning efficiently. Worked with customer support by the name of 'Sadia' who helped and responded to every email I sent her. She went over and beyond in helping and surpassed, outperformed and exceeded my expectations. Her responses were very detailed and thorough in resetting some of the great features this toilet has to offer. The company also sent me a new upper upgraded seat at no charge which arrived in few days of shipping the product and they also provided the tracking information via email. I hired a professional plumber to replace the upper seat although I think it was very easy to replace myself. Everything seems to work perfectly. I will provide more reviews as I use and get to know this smart toilet. I will highly recommend this product with exceptional product support after purchase. This company stands by their product and offers an excellent customer & technical support to its buyers. In summary I would say for the price and features that this toilet offers I am very satisfied with it. I am hoping it will continue to operate without any problems in the future. For now, I will give 5 stars to this product and the customer support team.

From the moment I tried this toilet, I knew it was a game-changer. The heated seat is fantastic on chilly mornings, and the seamless auto-flushing is hygienic and convenient—no more forgetting to flush! The modern design is user-friendly, with thoughtful features that enhance comfort and cleanliness. Plus, it stays clean thanks to the automatic flushing.

Works well. All the functions operate correctly and install was pretty straight forward. Only issue I have was with the remote flush button that came with it. I programed it several times but it never would flush the toilet. The hands free options that are built in are usually all I use so it's nbd. The nightlight and heated seat are nice features. Over all the price point and quality cannot be beat.

Excellent customer service and good product! I had a problem with a couple of functions on the toilet not working. I emailed customer support and was given reset instructions. The reset did not work and within 4 days they sent a replacement lid assembly to my door step which fixed the problem. I was impressed at the speed that my issue was resolved. Great customer support! I don’t like that the toilet automatically flushes while I’m trying to wipe. The automatic use is too sensitive. The control that came with it doesn’t work or it was difficult to configure. It’s a decent price and quality for what the product is. The flushing power is really strong it keeps the bowl clean. Since I’ve bought the product I haven’t had to clean the inside of the bowl since it keeps clean with the super flush capability. When I wipe I now have to unplug the toilet that way I don’t have dirty water spraying at me when I’m wiping.

I love the modern, stylish way it looks , but that's just the start, It is also the must functional, best engineered toilet you can buy. No Tank to fill , so you never have to wait for a flush, The water flushes in a circular motion, so it leaves the bowl clean, without using a toilet brush. Warmed toilet seat, Lighten up toilet is great at night. Flush with a sensor, you can walk away without flushing. Amazing. And last but not least , It is actually very inexpensive. For the price of this toilet , you get an old everyday toilet. This is a no Brainer. Very easy installation!!!!!

Definitely don’t purchase this item!!! I purchased this toilet 6 months ago. Unfortunately the toilet stop flushing properly contacted AMAZON spoke to manager Angel. He advised me to call China! The seller don’t have an 1800 number like most companies. Only a direct number to incur international charges or I can email them and wait on their response just to get product support. This is INSANE! Unfortunately I purchased multiple of these toilets for my home! Please don’t waste your time or money! However, I informed Angel that information should be noted on Amazon! For sure I would have not purchased this toilet! Again don’t purchase unless you prefer to waste your money and time!
