LANEIGE Lip Glowy Balm: Sheer Tinted Lip Moisturizer with Shea Butter, for Hydrating Shine & Soft Lips

I don’t know what it is about this brand that is different from all other lip balms – all I know is that this brand is for SURE different AND better. The lip balm is a lighter version of the overnight lip mask, which I have been using daily. Actually, I think there are two different lip masks— I was using both, but I ran out of the mask that is white and have been using the pink stuff by itself along with the lip balm if I get too dry. (Sometimes at night I actually also put the eye gel on top of the overnight lip treatment for extra moisture and repair, and that combo works very well.So compared to that, the balm is incredibly good, but it is a little bit lighter than the overnight mask, which is to be expected. It’s very handy to have throughout the day if you need a re-application. But not everybody needs a re-application because this lip balm is so good. I still get skin buildup on my lips overnight – but this balm makes it much easier to exfoliate my lips.It is pricey, so it hurts my wallet to buy it, but this is literally the best product I have ever used on my lips – I have always had problems with chapping and skin tearing on my lips, and this has improved the issue greatly. Because I’ve had such problems with my lips, I’m willing to actually pay the expensive price for this whole line of products. And this balm is very handy for quick touch ups of moisture.My sister-in-law says that she uses it on her lips nightly and doesn’t have to put on another balm or use Chapstick all day. (And she doesn’t wear lipstick either.)

I absolutely love the LANEIGE Lip Glowy Balm! It’s lightweight, gives just the right amount of sheer tint, and keeps my lips soft and moisturized all day. Unlike other lip balms, this one isn’t sticky or greasy, which makes it comfortable to wear on its own or over lipstick for a glossy finish. The shea butter really helps with hydration, and I’ve noticed my lips feel smoother with regular use. Plus, the subtle shine makes it look like you’re wearing a gloss without the heavy feel. My favorite lip gloss everrrrrr. I love this lip gloss so much. It looks so good on. Better than any other lip gloss I’ve tried. It’s not too sticky and makes my lips look so pretty. I wish it wasn’t so expensive but honestly it’s worth it. The color is very, very sheer—I do wish it wasn’t a little more tinted but it’s fine, I still love it.

I was actually very surprised by this product. It exceeded my expectations. I’m a flight attendant and staying moisturized is always difficult, not only for you skin, but your lips as well. I’ve heard of and had used this brand in the past when I got the tiny free birthday sample (night lip mask) through Sephora. When I saw this was on a prime week deal, I knew I had to get it. I originally ordered 2, but when I tried it and saw how effective it was in keeping my lips moisturized, I actually bought an extra one.It really does last quite a while, even when the “gloss” isn’t fully noticeable, your lips are still a nice shade and not dry at all. I probably apply it once or twice and VERY little for a 3 hour flight, a little definitely goes a long way, and I’m eating snacks and drinking water and I still find my lips nice and soft by the end of the flight. You won’t regret getting this product, especially if it’s on a prime day deal.

I got the s'mores set and was expecting a full size chocolate lip mask with a wand and a full size vanilla lip balm. What I got was a full sized vanilla lip balm and a small size chocolate lip mask with no wand. I subtracted a2 stars because if you don't already have a wand you have to use a q tip or something. However, they sent me 2 samples which weren't mentioned at all so plus a star.

I wish I would’ve finished my old lip balms before trying this one because now I’m not going back to my old one! I was using ole henriksen peptide balm but this one is by far the best. I’ve even tried the expensive lip wrap by Ilia and the balm by Summer Fridays. My lips instantly feel moist and hydrated, even after it comes off.
