I've known about this style garlic peeler for years, {I call it a cannoli peeler because it looks like a cannoli shell to me : } but had never tried using one because I was skeptical. But when I began making multiple 1/2 gallon jars of honey fermented garlic requiring the jar to be over half filled with peeled garlic cloves {that's a lot!} so I gave this tool a try and I'm so glad I did! It usually works to take the peel completely off, or sometimes part way off, making the peel it easy to grab and remove. What a time saver, and saving time automatically relieves stress.

This product works so well, it literally made my jaw drop. I rarely write reviews.I highly recommend it. The garlic skins are totally removed without any damage to the clove.Here's how I used it: Place one garlic clove in the tube. On flat surface place palm of your hand on product. With some pressure use your palm to roll the tube back and forth a few (maybe 3-5) times. Dump out garlic. If all the peel has not come off just use more pressure. If the garlic clove is somewhat smashed then use a bit less pressure.

These work really well. How ever cleaning is a bit of a chore. It’s a good value, but I only clean in the dishwasher now. It definitely saves time if you are doing a load of garlic. I wouldn’t use it for just one clove.

this is a must for peeling garlic, so easy, so fast. put 3 or 4 cloves, depending on size inside the tube, roll it with your hand on a counter top, back and forth a few times. All the layers of peels come off and the garlic is ready to use. a must for garlic lovers.

I hate peeling garlic, it's so fiddly. These tubes work really well. Garlic clove inside tube, roll, and skin comes off. Very easy. Recommended

I can't believe all this time It was such a chore peeling garlic, This was such a GREAT Item, love it!

I had high hopes for these thinking how much easier it would be to roll the garlic cloves and the skins come off.Some came off but definitely not something I would recommend to anyone. They are small but all they do is take up space.Also I washed them numerous times. I cannot get rid of the smell. It’s a really strong order
