I got this item for my husband who unfortunately accumulates at all moisture during his outdoor blue-collar job. This worked fast! Honestly, I was shocked at how quick it cleared up his rash. Did not smell horrible and only mildly, very mildly burned when applied. Beware tubes are very small. However you only need a small amount.

Rash be-Gone!
Lotrimin,I am not a Jock, nor do I have those parts… but I do find this great for a heat rash.I have used this in the past and it usually only takes 1 or 2 applications.Great product and value of both money and effective rash riddance….
