Worked for me. Took three weeks vs two but no complaints here.
Works as advertised. I suffer from occasional boughts with jock itch. Once it takes hold it seems to linger until I use a product such as this. as I advanced in my career I now sit at a desk most of the day. I go to the gym four days per week. I eat a ton of chicken breast and rom, aine lettuce so I have very little body odor. Turns out that because of that I don't feel the need to shower more than once per day. If I sweat and don't shower I don't stink up the air around me due to the foods I enjoy to eat which are pretty bland compared to most people. I drink protein/carb shakes twice per day on wok out days and at least once a day on non workout days. Thus I don't sweat out a lot of crap because I don't eat a lot of crap.Anyway, I am certain that if I showered twice per day I would never have jock itch. If I smelled I would shower more often. I tried to let time and better hygene clear up the jock itch. After a couple of months I knew it was not working. It did minimize the irritation and prevent further spreading but it did not get rid of it.I bought this 3-Pack product. I applied it liberally twice per day (in the morning after my shower and in the evening after the gym and shower). I didn't notice anything the first two or three days of use. After a week the discoloration of the infected area had decreased. I emptied the third can toward the end of the second week (I was occasionaly spraying my feet too which used up some of the product). I purchased a fourth can locally. At the end of two weeks the discoloration was 80% decreased toward normal. That last bit of discloration and barely noticeable irritation held on for dear life. At the end of week three it appears to have completely subsided. I'm a little paranoid so I still apply it once per day every morning (not as heavy as before). I'll do this until this fourth can that I purchased locally is empty. This product works. Be generous when you apply it. Be patient. Clean the area three times per day. It took me about three weeks.

Works great but IS NOT a cure all for jock itch!
Works great but IS NOT a cure all for jock itch, at least for me. I know everyone's body reacts differently to medication but from my experience this does a good job of "killing" the fungus and eliminating the itch but doesn't fully cure the fungus. I've now had the unfortunate experience of getting jock itch two years in a row and the first year it spread to both legs and both groin areas, this did really help get it under control and eventually remove the fungus completely but it took almost 4 MONTHS!!! Yes it was the worst 4 months of my life, to the point where I had trouble sleeping from subconsciously trying to scratch this itch while sleeping all while subconsciously trying not to.The 2nd year I tried this spray in conjunction with a ketoconazole cream, using the spray about once every 3 days and the cream two out of those 3 days, mostly depending on activities: if I'm sitting and mostly indoors using the cream while physical activity using the spray. The biggest difference I've found is that the spray alone dries out your skin TOO much and the anti-itch properties of the spray might damage your skin, preventing healing and full removal of the jock itch fungus. Again, not a doctor but this is 100% my experience, jock itch thrives in moist and humid areas yes but the spray seems to be a little extreme where it dries your skin out to the point of cracking, which helps the fungus re-grow. I might have compounded the dryness problem the first year by using rubbing alcohol to spray my groin area after physical activity, thinking it would 1) keep it clean, 2) remove excess moisture, and 3) kill any surface fungus. NO, for anyone reading this, AVOID rubbing alcohol. Your skin needs to be healthy to fully heal. I wouldn't go so far as to use lotion to rehydrate the area but I found the cream and the spray very effective in combination with each other. And yes, I mean not directly on top of each other/ mixing the two medications, I mean after every shower use one or the other.Other tips I found:* For faster healing avoid physical activity, especially any activity that involves a lot of friction in the infected area, for me getting it around the groin area, I tried my best to not do any running, biking, or even walking.* Shower A LOT! Actually shower every time you get any sweat of any sort down in that area. I started showering 5-6 times in the winter when I had jock itch the second bout. Even if it was basic things like mopping the floor causing me to sweat.* After showering, DO NOT dry the area with a towel, or at least don't use that same towel that touches the infected area on any other part of your body. This was key in preventing it spreading the second time I had it. I used a hair dryer on cool shot/ basically a fan to dry the area. Yes every shower was taking almost 15-20 mins to dry afterwards.* Try to sit and even sleep a certain way to maximize air flow/ ventilation in the area. For me this usually just meant sitting with my legs open. In extreme cases I just wore my boxers around all day and had a fan blowing down under.* Diet and stress I'm sure play a factor but those above were the easiest factors I found to control. The first year it was so bad and when I started getting it again the second year I went crazy with the spray for 2 weeks but the rash didn't really improve and kept getting worse. I switched things up and 2-3 days later things started getting better and the rash completely went away in 2 weeks time.
