A very good supplement

Purchased to help calm my mind and aid sleep. So far, so good. Easy to take and no taste.

This pack of 120 L Theanine capsules contains 120x 400mg vegan capsules.It comes in a resealable 'environmentally conscious' pouch with a decent expiry date of nearly three years away. The capsules are large-ish but I didn't have any difficulty swallowing them. They do give helpful advice though suggesting that if you find the capsules too large to swallow comfortably, you can open them up and sprinkle the contents onto food or into drinks.The recommended dose is 1 a day and I take one about an hour before bed to try and promote relaxation and better sleep. No noticeable effect yet, but its early days. There's enough for 4 months, which works out pretty good value compared to similar offerings by other brands.They claim that its pure L-theanine derived from high quality vegan sources.There's a little information card in the pack that gives some vague background on the company and product along with general tips for stress reduction and to increase focus, which I thought was a nice touch. It also says they're a small independent business based in Norfolk and that if you experience any side effects, or it doesn't work for you they will give you a full refund, which is also a nice touch - but probably easier said than done as I was unable to find any information on the UK company whatsoever despite extensive searches. I did find an American site for their US distribution, but again unable to pin down anything specific.Its a very nice package that 'feels' quite personal and caring, so gives a good 'perception' of a quality product at a very reasonable price, however lack of public information about the company negates that a little for me. Its too early to tell if they're making any difference to my relaxation and sleep, but I haven't experienced any negative effects yet.So far, if you're looking for a source of L-Thanine, I'd recommend trying these as they seem OK at a reasonable price.

Clean and effective. As good as other Theanines I've tried. The capsules come apart quite easily and it's easy to dose into drinks.I reuse the sweet tasting empty capsules to put other powdered supplements into.Theanine in yerba mate and coffee puts me on another (pleasant, focused, zen like) planet. In Collagen/bone broth, it's massively sleep promoting for me.

Not 100% that this contains the actual product. I've had ltheanine before and with this I don't really feel the difference at all.

Been using this product for a while now and it definitely has improved sleep quality over time, and overall stress levels during the day too.

They relax your mind and if you have them without caffeine they can be used as a sleep aid at night, I use them with caffeine during the day but I don't have them everyday as I read somewhere that you build up a tolerance quite quickly.Tried taking the alpha GPC 300mg L-theanine 200mg and caffeine 100mg stack but it didn't really work that well for me, kept hearing positive things about L-theanine so I bought these stronger capsules and along side Guarana (200mg caffeine) they work really well, not a miracle cure by any stretch of the imagination but sure helps me with focus and alertness!
