An excellent addition to my home gym. I even still use my bumper plates for it and it works just fine. Doesn’t break the bank either. Knurling is forgiving but doesn’t slip. I had 45s on it and no problem.

I bought this because of wrist pain with dumbbells. Certainly cut down on pain and allowed me to lift heavier. Clips aren't the greatest, but good enough to get the job done.

So far an incredible value. The Knurling on the bar is perfect for me. Love the color I got the black one. If you’re using for biceps I also recommend also getting Dmoose arm blaster it makes a huge difference.
