I cannot express enough how much I LOVE this pillow! I suffer from chronic illnesses that causes poor sleep, pain, and fatigue along chronic pain from orthopedic deformities from birth. I did a lot of research before I purchased one of these because I wanted both firmness and comfort. I decided to test this one out and it's perfect! It's firm enough to support your body but not too stuffed to be uncomfortable. I've used it every night for months and I now struggle to sleep without it!I also love how it's sturdy enough to prop you up and you can sit up in it to read, play games, crochet, watch TV, etc. It's flexible enough to move around and set up so you are comfortable in any position. I'm 5'4" and it could easily support someone shorter or taller than me. It's the perfect height to use as a permanent pillow.I didn't notice any smell when it arrived and the cover was easy to remove and wash. It takes a little finesse to get it back on but not overly difficult that I dread having to do it.Overall, ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT worth spending the money on. The value of getting better sleep and waking up with less pain and more rest, is absolutely worth the money.

This maternity pillow is very comfortable. It supports my belly, back, and legs. I sleep much better and wake up with less pain. The cover is soft and easy to wash. It is a bit big on the bed, but worth it. I highly recommend it.

I bought this not because I'm pregnant, but because I'm a side sleeper and tend to have some hip and back discomfort. This pillow is firm but still fluffy. It's EXTREMELY comfortable and I've slept so well since I've started using it. It's the perfect height to be able to rest my leg on, and I don't need an additional pillow for my head and shoulders. I've also been using it on the couch, because the way that it's shaped allows me to sit in the middle and it almost makes a little nest to support me while I do work on my computer. I'm very happy with my purchase and I recommend side sleepers to give it a try!

It is comfortable, and the case isn't as awful to put back on as I worried when I first saw how tightly it goes over the pillow, just takes some time. The pillow is much smaller than the photo with the model implies (for reference, I purchased the green one, and I'm 5'2.). I'm unsure if the model is just... very small or if the pillow was sized up for the photo lol.Still, I got this pillow as someone with fibro and while I haven't gotten a chance to sleep with it, I find it's perfectly soft but not so soft I feel unsupported. I like when I rolled to my back, it keeps my body in one position instead of letting me roll around and possibly sleep in awkward poses for my neck/shoulders/hips/back. I do love the color, there was no weird smell, and my cat loves it lol.

Instead of a team of well placed pillows, this squiggly shaped monstrosity is the real deal for night time comfort and support. The texture is lovely, cool to the touch and silky for stimming (or for those that don’t like ick textures!). Highly recommend for joint pain peeps or side sleepers .

I bought this pillow to replace an old body pillow. This pillow is so soft and the fabric is wonderful. I use the pillow to ease my rest at night. I have arthritis and the pillow serves as a buffer to keep my knees from touching and a brace to support my back. It is easy to roll over to my other side and still have the support I need. The pillow is not as bulky as my old pillow and is very streamlined. I also like that the neck area gives much support. I have no regrets on purchasing this pillow.

Bought this in advance to try out for a surgery I have coming up, and while I like it for lounging, I ended up buying a different one for sleeping.Definitely be patient let it sit out and puff up for ~3 days, because it expanded a lot! It's nice and squishy without being flimsy, thick and puffy and comfortable. However it is a bit stiff in shape, so if you want the option for the upper body support without the bent part on the bottom for your legs, I recommend buying one that doesn't have the bend! You will need a pillow configuration with it to properly support your neck while sleeping. I found it to be too puffy for sleeping for my head, the body support is great but it props my head up a lot more than I'd like both on my side and back. Great for when sitting in bed to read a book though!I also don't believe this would be good for those who are plus size. If you wanted to widen out the side parts to make more room, it tightens the seam on the inside at the top that ends up digging into your neck/shoulders rather uncomfortably. I discovered this when trying to bend the side out to get the bent bottom part out of the way of my legs.I am 5'9 and this was definitely too short for me, when trying to lay down in it on my back my legs would have to scrunch way up in order for the bent part to go under my knees and not under my thighs. While I may end up returning it due to it being short for me, it'd be perfect for someone about 5'5 for sleeping. It also definitely traps heat! It wasn't a big issue for me while sleeping because I turned my AC down to compensate in the night, but you will definitely get toasty in bed with it.Overall comfortable, just too short for me, and not nearly as pliable as I'd hoped. A think one with a stretchier fabric cover would do better to help it bend instead of the velvet.
