Great product, be cautious if you’re a petite person.
They work great, however as a woman I found the tension differences to be a little too extreme. The lightest one is too light, where the medium one is too hard for me to maintain proper form with some exercises. Also as a small person I find the band size to be a bit big. But it doesn’t stop me from using them!

Great booty bands
The mesh material of these works way better than the plastic material of some others I have used. These even stay put when doing a stair machine workout!

Best bands I’ve purchased so far
The fabric is softer than the nylon or rubber bands, but the non stick line in the center keeps them in place without pinching like the nylon/rubber. They also don’t tend to scrunch or fold in on themselves like some of the other fabric bands did. I like that they aren’t bright crazy colors, too. Haven’t needed to yet but they feel like they could withstand the washer to clean but definitely wouldn’t put in the dryer.
