I can't prove 5 stars
I am giving Marvel Mystery Oil 5 stars partly because of its rep earned over many decades. There are enough people that swear by it to give it tacet credibility. When I just replaced the electronic fuel pump in the Mercedes at 170,000 miles, that made me think that some lubricant in the gasoline was in order. No doubt I read it, as well. It looks to me that Marvel Mystery Oil is mostly automatic transmission fluid. I suspect they have added some other additives. After all these years, somebody would have figured that one out if they were only using ATF. Since I don't have to add very much to the gasoline, I can afford it. In my diesel, I add ATF, since I add more.

Worked as expected
I added this at the oil change and seems to improve the performance also added the other mystery oil product which in my opinion saved my motor since I own the worst engine Dodge has ever produced the 2.7 garbage!

Fixed Lifter Tick Sister-in-Laws Chevy Truck
Her truck had loud lifter tick from the Stupid "Active Fuel Management" (AFM) system and she was terrified it was gonna blow up quit driving it...It has a mechanical damaged issue and probably still does. But it also happened to be way over its mileage limit per oil change and low... I changed the oil. And added this and it immediately quieted down within 20 min. So probably NOT fixed BUT she can and is driving it.
