Perfect, tasted just like fresh. I actually brought some other varieties.

Great ginger taste, it is a little watery but that does not effect the taste. I have used 2 tubes already and will continue to use this product.

Not the biggest fan of strong fresh dill flavor. I do eat dill pickles but never use fresh dill. I tried this for a little dill flavor on my cod. I mixed a bit it the butter sauce and it was very good. The dill purée is mixed with other ingredients so if you really enjoy fresh dill, this is not for you. I will use it again.

Tastes the same as fresh. Much easier than chopping ginger when you’re in a hurry, or don’t have any on hand.

I like making lemon drops to freeze for warm tonic each morning to start my day. Taste in my tonic is great. The drops need ginger and lemon juice. When I don't have fresh ginger then I use this ginger to make them. I haven't cooked with it yet but sure it would be good in recipes. Does say to use in a month once opened. I always use before the month is over so no waste. Thank you for a good product.

I never right reviews, but this was awful. I've used a similar basil paste in my favorite salad dressing recipe for years. The store was out so I bought this one. I didn't even try it first, just started making the dressing. I always taste the dressing and tinker anyway.This was awful. It tasted like I dumped in dirt. I couldn't fix it, had to toss everything. I bought the two pack so I opened the second. Tube. Tasted just as bad.Maybe the two I received weren't stored properly? Can't get a refund. Thankfully I found some elsewhere and the ingredient ruined we're not too expensive.
