Great supplement for women. I don't eat certain things that I should, but this helps me get the vitamin intake I need daily. I have more energy, not tired like I normally am. Pills aren't too big so it's easy to swallow.

The media could not be loaded. Megafood is a brand I've trusted for many years. These vitamins are easy on the stomach and bring a sense of well being and energy to my day. The ingredients are quality and non-gmo which I like. The serving size is 1 tablet per day, which makes it easy to keep up with. The tablets are a manageable size to swallow. There is a light smell to the pills that reminds me of an herbal food store. The only down side that I see is that the folate and B12 are synthetic, which some people with MTHFR genetics have a hard time utilizing. Price is a bit on the high end, but you get what you pay for!

This has been a great addition to my health & wellness routine. I love that I can take it at anytime, with or without food.

These are the best vitamins I’ve ever used. No chemical smell, taste or elimination and are perfectly fine on an empty stomach.

I tried these for the first time. It is a good product and I felt a difference after I started taking them. I like that they didn't upset my stomach like others that give me a stomach ache, but it cosntipated me. The one thing I don't like is the taste. it was hard for me to take them because of the bad taste. I won't buy them again fpr both these reasons.
