I love these things! I work with cylinder heads, that's all I do! I used these to make a wide bed for my drill press that I would not have to worry about scratching the freshly decked head! I also spaced them apart so I could use my lathe's clamp set, they are spaced perfectly, so the T-bolts slide in perfectly and have enough strength to hold the work piece down! I also made a polishing deck for cylinder heads with the rest and then some. I made the frame out of these, bolted down a piece of plate steel onto the frame, and milled it to true it up! Put on a pulley and a drive system with a huge 600-grit sanding belt. Now, all I have to do with cylinder heads when they are not warped and do not need straightening and decking is to put the head onto this sanding bench, turn it on, and let it polish for 2-4 seconds! Then viola!, The head is cleaned and ready to go, and the 600 grit belt puts the RA down so low it's insane! All because of these! I am going to use these for every project where I need a sturdy but light frame!! These are worth every PENNY!!!!

This stuff is the bomb, instead of screwing around you can just get it done. The various fasteners and backets let you put together a super-strong structure with minimal effort. You really need a circular saw with and aluminum blade if you want nice, sharp work. But a hacksaw will do nicely.Great for cabinets, but the range of application is awesome.

Seem to be well made, arrived with no dings or dents. Not much else you can say about them.

If you need a 4 foot v-slot extrusion these are a good value

You are obviously looking at this because you need to build something. Doesn't matter if it is a 3D printer, an enclosure for a CNC controller (what I'm working on), shelving...whatever, 2020 is the backbone for a lot of projects. This stuff won't let you down. As best as I can measure it, they appear to be straight. Each one came individually wrapped to prevent scratches (last ones I bought from a different seller came all wrapped up together and although I wasn't concerned about the abrasions, these ones were absolutely pristine).They cut cleanly...with a miter saw using a COMOWARE 12-inch 100 Tooth TCG Metal Saw Blade which is specifically for aluminum. If you use a bandsaw you won't get straight cuts and if you use a blade not meant for aluminum you'll fray the ends. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have the right equipment to cut this stuff with...and then buy the longest pieces you can to save yourself money (over getting ones precut to size).Of course there are tons of hardware to buy for putting this stuff together, but...if you have a 3D printer then do yourself a favor and check out all the different braces you can print. You can see in my pics that I'm using a 3-corner bracket which worked out great (and saved myself $$). Of course there is no replacement for the T-Nuts and Bolts so make sure you order those at the same time.Anyway, these are nice quality extrusions for a great price (buying in bulk is always the way to go) and I'm sure I'll be buying more (now I just need to find if they sell some 2040 too). If you need some of this stuff, feel confident it won't let you down.

I love 2020 aluminum extrusion, and ten 1500mm pieces for <$100US is a fantastic deal. Items arrived in perfect condition. Love it!
