I have bought several brands of wire, this is the best Flux Core wire I have purchased to date.

Higher Quality like you buy at the Welding Store, but better BARGAIN price for 2 of 2 pound reelsI can comment with some experience and knowledge. I took welding classes in High School and in College in the 70s. I am NOT a professional welder but I do a lot of metal fabrication. I have gas and electric welding systems. I have a couple of Oxygen Acetylene welding setups, an AC-DC 220 VAC stick welder, and a very old combination convertible gas MIG or gas less Flux Cored Wire welder. To convert my wire welder to use Flux Cored wire, I have to change the polarity and install knurled wire driving wheels.This wire spools consistently and welds well when you get the correct settings from practicing on scrap. This rated E71TGS, at 0.030”, is my go wire for gas-less flux cored wire welding for the thinner stuff. Using it to get good welds requires good surface preparation compared to say using a 6011 stick and welding right through greasy paint on rusted metal. You can buy cheaper cost wire but you get cheaper quality wire and inconsistent welds that you have to spend more time correcting and redoing. Life is too short to waste it fixing and re-fixing your poor quality welds caused by using poorer quality wire.This wire comes sealed, unlike many other brands, so it will work well if it sits on your shelf for a while.

Picked up some new mig wire for my harbor freight flux core 125 Chicago electric welder. This stuff does the job - maintains a nice ark, minimal slag, and does what it should. Here are a couple of my welds - as you can see - it's flux core and does the job.
