This gold color in these barndoor hardware is so pretty! It's not a dull Gold, are that old antique looking gold just a vibrant, really pretty gold and the hardware. It's very expensive looking. I liked it so much. I ended up buying two.

Solid and effective, good build quality, well worth it

Nice, heavy hardware that would be perfect for right setting. I needed something more antique brass in finish, so was not able to utilize, but I saw no issues with the product.

The hardware kit looks great once it's installed, but the installation process is non-trivial. The instructions are clear to a point but don't call out the things you need to think about 5 steps ahead. For me, I only realized at the very end when trying to install the end stops on the top rail that one of the stops needed to sit right where I had bolted the rail to the wall. Had the instructions called this out earlier, I would have repositioned the rail. Second, the bolts that secure the hanger wheels protrude far enough that they just barely ground against the mounting board for the rail. I had to grind the bolt heads down with an angle grinder to get them to clear comfortably. I believe the kit includes 5 plastic spacers to prevent this but they are really ugly - the manufacturer should just make the brass wall spacers taller. Plus the instructions don't say what the 5 plastic spacers are for, so I am just guessing.Bottom line - think 5 steps ahead, plan, fit, measure, do it all again, and again, then install it.

We opted to buy a black rail at a box store to pair with the gold straps and handles. (Handles not pictured). The material is good quality. I love the look.

This was the wrong color for what I needed so I had to return. I have no idea how it is once installed we did not use it.

The brushed gold color is PERFECT. All the parts are solid, heavy and smooth, which shows its very high quality. I'm not great at following printed directions so I just found a bunch of video tutorials on youtube which make installation easy for me. I also found screwing the headboard into the studs of your wall is much easier when installing this set. That way you can just screw the tracks above the door exactly where you need it. My barn door opens and closes so smoothly and silently. Highly recommend this gold barn door hardware kit.

This product was returned previously. The packaging was all opened and parts loose throughout the package. Many nics and scratches on the rail. I would like a new one.
