One fine day, my expensive cable that I received in the box with my macbook died. The light no longer shown. Life was extinguished from its cord-like body. It was relatively new at 3 months, so I was wondering what was up. I discovered that my lovely and adorable fluffy kitty chewed through the cable. It was nearly invisible because of the braided covering, but obviously not impervious to sharp cat teeth. Anyway, I wasn't going to drive an hour for a $50 cable. I haven't had any issues with it, and I've had this cable nearly as long as I had the original. Light shines bright, charges beautifully...and I've hidden it behind easy-to-move furniture to avoid having to spend more money on some fancy wires.

I got this to keep at my office. This is incredibly durable, a good long length, and the magnet is very strong! I have had zero issues with this connecting to my Mac! Great value for the price.

I purchased this as a used, but fully functional power cord, complete with a guaranteed return policy. I used multiple different chargers (to rule out the charger as the problem), but the power cord does not work. It has a blinking status light and no connection to the laptop. I also tried rebooting, but it had no effect. It was non-functional. I want to return the product, as it has a provision for returns if it does not work as expected.EDIT: I have received an authorization from Amazon to return. Thank you Amazon

Great length

Cat decided that the cord for my MacBook was tasty, chewed it, and I found myself with a dead computer and no charger. This shipped fast and works perfect! So much cheaper than an Apple branded one.

Description states what it will do - well.

Did not work. My computer would charge for about 2 seconds before stopping and then start charging again 5 seconds later. I left it plugged in all night and the battery went up by 1%. I tried every single thing on the troubleshooting list, not a single one worked. Very annoyed, I need this computer for work and school and now it’s at 3% till I can get a real charger.
