I don’t even know where to begin. I am writing this with a mix of boiling rage and utter heartbreak. I trusted Amazon — like I always have — for something as important and expensive as a refrigerator. I was SO excited for this delivery. It finally arrived yesterday, and I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. But that joy was short-lived… very short-lived.When the delivery guys unboxed it, everything looked okay. Then they placed it in my kitchen — and immediately, it started rocking back and forth like it was possessed. I pointed it out right away, and without even checking properly, the delivery guy — clearly in a rush to vanish — says, “It’s your floor’s fault.” Just like that. I was confused, but I trusted him. I gave him the OTP and let him go. That was my mistake.Today, the installation guy comes in, sees the wobbling, and unlike the delivery guy, actually takes the time to inspect. He checks it thoroughly, moves it to another location to confirm — and there it was. A deep, nasty dent on the bottom of the refrigerator, right near the leg. The product was damaged before it even touched my kitchen floor. My heart sank. I felt cheated.I called customer service — and after a long, exhausting back-and-forth, showing photos and explaining everything again and again — they finally said I’ll get a refund. But no replacement. None left. So after all this stress, all this anticipation, I’m left with NOTHING. Just a damaged fridge, wasted time, broken trust, and a sick feeling in my stomach.Amazon, this was not just a logistical failure. It was emotional betrayal. I didn’t expect this from you. You need to hold your delivery partners accountable. You need to do better. People save up for these things. We trust you with our homes and our money. And this is how we’re treated?Never again.

The media could not be loaded. Nice product. I am already using 240ltr model since 9 years & no complaints despite of shifting it thrice on different locations. Now purchased 270 liters model & no complaints since installation around 1 month ago. Found better space & compartments then previous model & spacious like 300 ltrs. Energy efficient & perfect cooling. Fit for 4/5 family members.

It hight approx above 5ft but good thing can be adjusted in narrow passage due to its compact size. Steel color looks classy, Material hardy. Before buying I go through the reviews and most of the customer complaint about installation. But mine installation was done in nexy day by the executive of Whirlpool. They called me admt evening of the day of delivery and next day within afternoon installation done. For being a non inverter fridge I hope its durability is better than other range.

I did not find any waranty card.Is it okay without warranty card for service?
