This step ladder is heavy duty built, very sturdy and functioned well for what we needed (assist for entering car) it’s the perfect height for us. Was easy to assemble.

Part missing, screw stripped and not very anti-slip
This was delivered 2 days late. It had one of the pre-installed screws cross-threaded with the socket head stripped. (Luckily, there was an extra loose screw in the box.) It is supposed to have 2 Buckle Pins, one was missing. The steps are a pebble texture hard plastic which are quite slippery when wearing socks. There is no way that I have found to contact anyone to get the missing Buckle Pin, I substituted a screw. Other than those issues, it is sturdy and the parts fit well. The steps are just the right height for our use, but wider would be better.

Great step
We got this for my spouses hip replacement surgery. Easy to put together and worked great for our platform bed and I now use it to get to the top shelves of closet. I like that it's reversable to.
