Works for me.
I purchased this for the reason of struggling with sleep which became worse with medication induced menopause. This works on the basis of specific pressure points to aid with sleep, such a small and simple device to use. I was not sure what to expect, but for me it has a positive effect. Positioned in left hand on a low currant is to help aid with sleep. Positioned in right hand on a higher currant setting is to help to have more energy when waking up. Easy to use, sits comfortably in your hand and automatically runs for 20 minutes before it shuts off.I have found when using it to aid sleep, especially when I have been woken in early hours it has helped me to gradually get back to sleep. It has been great being able to use something to assist with me sleeping without having groggy side effects.It is great that it can be charged via USB and I have used it for 20 plus sessions before needing to recharge.

Exceeded expectations
Although I fall asleep easily, I often wake up in the night and have difficulty in getting back to sleep. Not only does this little gadget send me off to sleep quickly, it gets me back to sleep straight away when I get up to the loo in the night. Since getting this, my sleep has improved, and also my snoring has lessened according to my snore app!It also made my young grandson much calmer at bedtime, when he asked to try the "tickling machine", though I didn't leave him with it.I don't really get how it works, but it does, and I recommend it, (and I don't often write reviews!).

Not impressed
After using for a couple of days, stop working even when fully charged, waste of money

OMG
WHAT'S NOT TO SAY... does exactly what I want this cute device says..... Altho had to purchase some extra chain so wouldn't lose in bed...Sadly now it's STOPPED working....

DOESNT WORK FOR ME
Well1st night awake all night, re set it about 7/8 times while on my wrist hoping next time it would make me sleep, rubbish2nd night ditto ditto as above!!!!!!!!!!!! why do i always fall for these things
