Motion Detection works great and now the garage has good lighting
Purchased to give us better light in the garage with motion detection. We plugged cord in above our garage opener and fastened on the opener and it works great!

Cord is a bit short
The light works as expected. Setup is easy and follows instructions. Only negative I found is the cord is a bit to short.

GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE
Folks, at first blush, when I set these lights up, they did not operate correctly, even though I followed the directions; however in just a few days, I figured out how to set the dials or tiny knobs to work the way I want them to. The light sensors don't work good for initial daylight, but when it gets bright, the lights shut off. I paid $20 bucks, took 10 min's to set up and a few adjustments - Wala, good value for the money. I will likely buy two more. Don't mistake these for 5 star detectors, but, if you can't afford the Marque products - buy this one, and try it out, and also, don't give up right away, just because the directions are misleading, you can figure out how to set the dials to work the way you want to. For me, indoors, it only lasted 5 months.
I used it indoors, over the stove. It was a bit bright for the application, but not that bad. It would turn on as I walked into the kitchen. This was great. Occasionally it would turn off while cooking because I did not move enough, but just a bit of movement and it turned right on again.Now for the sad part, it stopped working after 5 months. It would not turn on. For the price, it is not terrible, but not appreciated either. I plan to partly disassemble, short out the motion sensor, and see If I can use it as a normal spot light. I plan to buy another one. It failed when it was about 85F in the house, so perhaps heat was a factor.Addition: If one unscrews the motion sensor, there are 3 wires, a brown on (120V), a red one and a blue one. If one cuts them off, and connects the brown to the red wire, the light will function without the motion sensor function. I soldered the wires, then insulated them and stuffed them in the hole on the light. Find a way to block the hole and you are in business. I am not guaranteeing anything here, this is just what I did. Be sure the device is unplugged before doing any of this test work.

Great But Short-Lived
Great floodlight at first, but regrettably stopped working after about 6 months. May have just been a faulty unit but disappointing result.
