Love this. Really helped with ovulating. You do have to use it for a few months to notice a difference. Only downside is the table size.

Works well to keep PCOS cycle on track, however be aware that I have purchased twice now and have noticed there are not in fact 120 pills in each bottle. So completing a full dose as stated could be annoying if, like me, you can only afford 1 bottle at a time.

Can't put into words what these have done for me!!!! I am 29 and have had almost 3 years with no period, drs had no explanation, I ended up studying medicine at uni to try and understand (blessing that came from the confusion) - within 2 weeks of taking - period!!!!!!! 28 days later I am writing this, with my second period!!!!!! I am crying happy tears after 3 years of feeling off; my body not looking right, no tests or scans could explain... a lot of self work has come from these years which I am greatful for, and just as things started falling into place I stumbled upon these tablets and here we are. ✨️

I have PCOS and started taking this to support ovulation. For the last year, my cycle has been 28-34 days. I took this supplement for a month and its totally messed with my cycle. Since taking this, I've had weird spots all over my body and I currently haven't had a period for 5 and a half weeks. I know it generally takes 3 months to take effect, but I've had significantly negative effects straight away! I also don't like that it also includes half the recommended dose of Folic acid. That means you either have to take less than recommended, or take an extra folic acid supplement and then be taking too much. Have switched to another brand!

Great product, easy to take and flavour you get used to. Have taken this a number of times and have no issues.

Ive used it more thn 3months i could say my period is on and off,But my appetite goes down sometimes. It has the same effect of metformin for me.It helps with my energy level and period length goes shorter for me
