I have tried..more then a few..saved money..here and there..over spent more! Bought a lot as was a deal..wasted money!! Didn't stick,rolled up,didn't even last few minutes when Got on..or hours ,days..And nope to waterproof when Stated it was!This one is real Deal KTape..waterproof,Sticks,holds ON..supports you!! Gives great pain relief for my knee..shoulder,elbow..wrist n hands on any given day( yup as I SD I use a lotta KTape for a reason)tried on hips but NOT easy to do!? Nor BACK..ah well..oh n neck..hair is issues..n reach!!But it's easy to use..cut to length u need..cut rounded edges..don't touch KTape( clean skin n hands!!) n get to it! There's many variations as to HOW to apply the KTape..I suggest Highly go to the box n go on their website..! Great product,people that make it care..soo!Also Don't apply when knee is totally bent or st8..apply at the in-between of bend n str8...tc n good luck

This tape works great! I was actually really surprised because of all of the bad reviews…but I figured it’s cheap, so I would try it.It actually stayed on better than the KT Tape Dodds, which I was not expecting. I was gardening and was taking my gardening gloves on and off all throughout the day and it was still going strong after three days.Now, it did hurt a bit when I tried to take it off, so I just waited till I showered and it came off, no problem.It did leave black residue, like others have said, that’s really difficult to get off…but…so does the name brand KT tape, so I don’t know what to tell you there.I clean my skin with rubbing alcohol before applying and after I put a strip on, I use the top side of the paper backing to really rub it and make sure it’s on my skin. And you have to round the edges…very important!I’ve already ordered two more rolls!The pics are after almost a full day in the garden.

I’m a long-time user of kinesiology tape, and have spent tons of $$ on the more popular brands (KT Tape, RockTape etc). This particular brand I think is great for short-term and activity-specific application, but as some folks have noted, there’s less longevity in application. Since I only tape my ankle and heel for long distance running, I find that this specific brand is great for anywhere from 6-24 hrs. And if I’m being honest, I usually remove tape after my long run or race so I just haven’t ever needed it to stay on me longer than a day at most. I also like to use this tape to cover certain hot spots that my running clothes cause due to friction to avoid painful chafing (think sports bra bands etc).Overall, this is great tape if you know how to use it and understand that as a budget brand, it’s not going to adhere as long as the name brands might. However, it really should not be utilized for anything other than support for injuries/rehab/sports-specific issues.

Really good Kinesiology Tape, strong recommended!I have used different brands of kinesio tapes, previously I always prefer KT TAPE, but now this OK tape gave me a big surprise as it not only showed same quality level as KT (even better pricing! Another bonus) but also some very thoughtful designs to make it easier to use. And I really love it!OK TAPE impressed me firstly with its box. It is designed as a simple dispenser, to protect your hands from friction, and much easier to unwind and put it back, just keep the tape inside the box! This really save me a lot! Since sometimes winding the tape rolls back and put them back into folded boxes really bothers me.I love the printing patterns on the tapes, a cool pattern, but also an indicator guide to tell the stretch ratio according to the backing paper illustrations. I would like to see more video instructions on this even though I know kinesiology tape pretty well and knows the basic taping skills.3.It indeed relieve me from knee joint fatigue a lot. Got dog-tired after a Half-day shopping. Then Get 2 OK TAPE strips on my knee.Day 2, after a crazy busy working day, I can feel its lifting motivation to my skin.Day 3, right after shower: some fraying are there, but still says in place and dry soon in about 30minutes.Day 5，more fraying caused by the friction with winter clothes, but still can feel its lifting effect to the joints skin.Quite good in adhesiveness. It even can last up to 7 days ( shower each day). I will try it again to see how long OK TAPE can last in the condition of more sports exercise.I hope you will release bulk packing with such a dispenser design box as well ? Since I am a frequent user and I hope to get more in one time.

Works great. Last a long time. The adhesive doesn’t irritate my skin. I hike long distances and use this on my knees. I keep it on for 3-4 days showering in it and scrubbing over it. FYI you do have to shave if you have a lot of hair. The adhesive doesn’t stick well with the hair.

Just received this tape, applied it to my knee, and within a few short hours it’s already peeling. I only did a few miles on my treadmill, and as an avid hiker, I don’t feel confident in this tapes staying power should I use it on my hikes. Especially now that the weather is warming up and I tackle pretty strenuous hikes as well as occasional backpacking trips. If it starts peeling following a light workout, I doubt it’ll last through sweat or trails with knee-deep water crossings. I bought two rolls because of the great price compared to Rock Tape but I definitely realize why it’s a much lower price. Next time I’ll spend more to get better quality.

I have meniscus damage and arthritis in my right knee. Usually, I depend on KT tape to help me out with the pain and needed stability. I saw this tape and was actually attracted to the fun pink and white pattern. So I ordered. What a lovely surprise. It comes in a secure box that you can pull out like scotch tape. I also appreciate the fact I can cut it to the exact size I need. Adhesion is amazing. I always felt I wasted a lot of the KT tape as it would wrinkle or lose adhesion quickly. Great value. I will definitely be back for more. It is giving me support and excellent movement of my knee.
