Great luggage set! Very sturdy and held up so well during our most recent trip to Italy. I have always been a Samsonite fan and this did not disappoint. The only thing I felt was missing was fabric separator with zipper (most of my luggage contains that I use to place smaller items). But all in all - terrific - great value for the money, weight is perfect and I loved the silver color.

I purchased this Samsonite Alliance SE Hardside Luggage set in January, and it's been nothing but a headache. The first set never arrived. When the replacement finally came, I used the medium suitcase on a short trip and noticed the zipper didn’t stay closed. I assumed it was my mistake.But it happened again — and worse — on a recent international trip using the large suitcase. It came off the baggage belt completely unzipped, with my belongings exposed. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Samsonite.To make matters worse, this all happened after the 30-day return window, so now I’m stuck with a defective set. I will be contacting Amazon about this issue. For the price I paid, I expected quality — not stress and embarrassment. Avoid this product.

The pros:This is aesthetically appealing.It rolls well.Pretty light.Got the tsa lock as described.Definitely has plenty of storage room.The cons:This is luggage is big and pretty shaky if there will be issues with the airlines.Compared to other Samsonite hard luggage’s, like the invoke line, the shell is soft and thin.

I love this luggage. I purchased the medium size and it's just what I wanted. Not too big and the lock is a plus. The gray color is beautiful and it's sturdy. The wheels are perfect. Samsonite is a good brand. Definitely recommend it.

Bought this set for my husband for Christmas. The very first time he used the medium sized one the zipper broke in the middle and Samsonite’s warranty policy is WE have to take it to a repair shop and the closer one to us is over 300 miles away (we live in a decently large metropolitan area) or our other option is to pay for shipping. Never again will we purchase Samsonite.
