I was looking for large, colorful, pasta bowls, made with safe, unbreakable materials. I've been searching for so long I almost didn't care what they cost. We had family here for a recent holiday and ran out of clean bowls.These looked good online but turned out to be perfect when I got them. They are surprisingly lightweight despite being larger than any of my other bowls.I have some 10 year old melamine salad plates out of what appears to be the same material. I always put them in the dishwasher with no problem. Family microwaved one at least once which caused slight cracking and chipping of color.I also ordered two handmade bowl cozies (see orange and yellow bowls in photo) that fit them perfectly for when we eat hot food in our lounge chairs.

I purchased these cause I needed a bowl to make a salad or serve my pasta in that didn’t ‘work’ serving on a plate. These are great, dishwasher safe and I love the variety of colors. Reminds me of grandma’s house when she fed us kids.

These dishes are so pretty, no one suspects that they would be so lightweight which I also love. I have arthritis in my neck and back and I simply cannot continue to pick up heavy dishes day in and day out anymore. These are wonderful! I really wish they could be used in the microwave but that's okay - I haven't gotten rid of all my glass dishes. I have the grey, yellow, and orange dishes but I just have the grey serving bowls. I can't think of a bad thing to say about these wonderful dishes except, maybe you could lower the price of them a little.

These are beautiful. They are a perfect size. I just wish they were dishwasher safe

We eat salads nearly every night. I wanted a bowl that would hold a big salad but that was wide enough so that I could drizzle dressing over everything without having to toss much. This bowl is wider so I get more dressing to salad surface area! Makes it easier for me to eat healthier when salads are easier to eat! Not supposed to use the bowls in a microwave, but I still do if I am using the bowl to reheat something. But usually no more than a minute or the bowl gets hot. These bows are a favorite for when we get takeout chinese food, too. It's just a great shape. Love the rustic teal color, too!

These bowl are great for pasta. They are so light weight. My husband loves them!
