Nearly complete kit. Well made toilet and everything fit together nicely. The installation of the toilet itself only took an hour or two from start to finish. The only item not included is a connection line, but that isn’t a big deal and I get why it isn’t included since there are several “normal” sizes that it could be depending on your house’s plumbing.The height is good and the elongated shape fits a bidet toilet seat extremely well. The flush is strong, while still a lower amount of water per flush. Overall, zero complaints. A well-made and easy to install toilet at a fair price.

Toilet is fine. It's a standard toilet. The add is misleading though. 1. They sent a round seat instead of an elongated one. 2. It DOES Not come with a wax ring. I swear the seat height was on this previously and said 15.5" and now the seat height isn't even there. I tried to contact the seller and get the replacement seat and was ring and they said my only option was to replace it. That would be such a pain to do. Thankfully Amazon stepped in and gave me a partial credit, enough to buy the missing and on correct parts. That's the only reason I am leaving a 3 star, for Amazon. Not American standard. Update. After a week of plumbers and the smell of poop, figured out the toilet itself has a leak in the bowl. Don't buy this toilet. And now, how do you send a used toilet back???

Under the toilet rim looks grimy and has pockets where fecal material can fester. I called American Standard and they said this is normal. ALL their toilets look this way. I 100% would never have purchased these toilets. Unfortunately, they were installed before I could spot this defect in all 3 toilet bowls. I have never ever seen a toilet bowl like this.

Comfortable slim design fitting in place of style from the 70’s yellow colored version transforming it in modern times. Not feeling crunched up anymore getting a lift that fits better being tall. Making a easy installation with provided ring though was bent was worth buying another with sale off this. Is great price for quality of well known brand know for solid pieces. Holding well with no leakage compared to more expensive previous toilet model in hall. Will be back to look for other bathroom remodeling get under way this will be my prime choice.

I am generally a big fan of American Standard toilets, and consider them the standard of which toilets should be judged, and this particular toilet should have been ideal for us. However, all we received is the tank and the bowl. The packing list attached to the box mentioned other boxes with the slow-close seat, wax ring, and install kit, but those are items we did not get. The tank and the bowl seem pretty nice though.Once we achieve a seat, I am certain we can figure out installation, and that it will be a fine toilet, but as is, this is not an item I can suggest. That's too bad, because I generally hold American Standard to a high standard.
