GREAT CHEESE! I have food allergies to coconut, almond, sunflower + more. It's hard to find a vegan cheese without coconut or my other allergens in it. It has a little more of a cheddar taste than my preferred mozzarella or brie type cheese, but given that I have a garlic and basil allergy too, the plain flavor tastes good and has great consistency. I used up the whole package at the first try!
