मेरी राय है कि भूल कर भी अमेजॉन पर आप इस सेटअप बॉक्स को मत खरीदे मैं 29 मार्च को खरीदने के पश्चात आज तक यह सेटअप बॉक्स चालू नहीं हुआ है कस्टमर केयर से बात करने करने पर उनका कहना है कि अभी तक इस सेटअप बॉक्स की डिटेल अपडेट नहीं हुई है इस वजह से यह चालू नहीं हो सकता जब कभी इसकी डिटेल सेलर कंपनी द्वारा अपडेट कर दी जाएगी आपका सेटअप बॉक्स चालू कर दिया जाएगा साथ ही उसके द्वारा यह कहा गया कि अमेजॉन पर का प्रोडक्ट खरीदने वालों के साथ ऐसा ही होता है वह कभी भी इसको समय पर अपडेट नहीं करते हैं

They delivered a faulty setup box, which didn’t work from the start. Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times, I received no proper resolution.The service is extremely poor, and their support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. Instead of solving the issue, they keep delaying and giving vague responses. I expected better from such a well-known company, but this experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of money.I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Dish TV.
