Nice coffee at a reasonable price.
The machine is compact and well made. The milk frother is integral with the blender which is handy as only one plug is required, but it spoils the looks of the machine a bit as it looks as though it has been stuck on the side. The machine is easy to use and is quite quick. There's a large choice of coffees available, but you may have to go to the larger supermarkets to buy the pods, and even then there may only be a limited choice, not the full range. I would definitely buy another. The coffee is good quality and is good value at 21p per cup.

Easy to use Lavazza Modo Mio coffee machine
This machine is easy to use. Doesn’t take up much counter space and makes great lattes and cappuccinos. The only negative is that you struggle to get a decent size cup under the spout. Have to remove the spill tray to get a cup under.

Nice cup of coffee
Had been considering purchasing one of these for a while and finally did. Found it easy to use. No mess. Makes a coffee as quickly as it takes a kettle to boil. A bleep tells you when milk is ready. Milk is lovely and frothy. Easy to clean and put back together. I find the flavours are not bitter, compared to some coffee shops, which I prefer. Only downside would be that like a coffee shop the coffee does not stay warm for very long. But overall very pleased.

Fabulous coffee from a very reasonably priced machine
In spite of a couple of minor flaws, I think this coffee machine is worth five stars. The coffee is fantastic, the milk froths perfectly - I rarely taste better coffee than we get from this little Lavazza. For the price, it's unbelievable. And the downsides? The collection box for used capsules is small and requires frequent attention. It's also slightly nerve-wracking washing the milk frother, with its electrical connections and switches that you really don't want to get wet. And I remain confused about what to do with the used capsules, despite lots of searching - some instructions on the capsule boxes would help. But the machine itself is easy to use and serves fabulous coffee (which is obviously also down to the quality of the capsules). It comes at a great price and deserves five stars.

Design needs a rethink
After research ordered this machine as seemed to be exactly what I was looking for ..However there were 2 negatives apparent straight away. First the lead is VERY short so had to use an extension lead in order to put it where wanted in the kitchen ( not ideal) and Second not one of my cups fitted underneath without first removing the drip tray ? Yet in the diagram shown it looked as if a reasonable sized cup/ glass fitted..it doesn’t ! Seems to be silly having to remove the drip tray in order to fit a cup underneath? I’ve reduced my star rating to reflect this…However the coffee machine looks very nice on worktop, it doesn’t take up a lot of room and the coffee itself was delicious. Please rethink design so that regular cups/ mugs fit underneath.

Great product , problems with the range of pods
Great coffee from a good looking machine which does not use up much space on the work surface. It's a bit noisy but i'm told all pod machines are. Although the emphasis is on simplicity, it has a few neat touches: you can 'programme' the buttons to dispense just the right amount of coffee for you, although it's a bit annoying that there is no easy way to reset to default values. The range of pods looks impressive on paper, but is dwarfed in the shops by the choice for Nespresso. Also, my wife only drinks decaffeinated and found their decaf 'bitter'; this is unfortunate as Lavazza only have one decaf in the range ! My main reason for buying Lavazza was the promise of compostable pods, which is a great idea for eco nerds like me, but I cannot find them in the shops and at an eye watering £3.40 delivery for a small box of 6 compostable pods (£2.20) from Lavazza UK HQ, they work out at just under £1 a coffee! Disappointing, but the coffee is that popular in our house that we will just have to put up with it.
