Really, Really Good
Super effective and durable. Used to cut down and uproot dead apple tree. Apple trees are hardwood, and this made easy work. These are sharper and stay sharper longer than the slightly cheaper EZARC carbide 3-pack of same length and TPI - I had new 3-packs of each and compared them.Of significant note, I also plunged this blade near vertical into the ground to cut away the roots in a circle to uproot this tree. Cheaper and less disruptive and WAY easier to handle than a stump grinder. Didn’t want to rent and load/unload one…just more time, money and work. Didn’t want to meet a contractor to bid it. After cutting down the tree and cutting half way around the roots. I needed a new blade from the 3-pack and finished the circle. You can tell when you hit a root because the wood is hard, otherwise it makes quick time through packed soil like it’s almost not there. A pleasure to use and a good clean finish to the job.

Unbeatable Quality for Pruning: The Freud Diablo 12" Carbide Reciprocating Blades
When it comes to the act of pruning, it is essential to have a blade that possesses the necessary qualities to effectively accomplish the task. I can confidently say that the Freud DS1203CP3 Diablo 12" Carbide Pruning Reciprocating Blade surpasses all other blades in terms of quality based on my personal experience.I have had great success using these blades to take down numerous smaller trees behind my house, and they have never let me down. No matter how tough the branches and limbs may be, they effortlessly and rapidly handle them.As time goes on and they are consistently used, it becomes apparent that they begin to exhibit signs of wear and tear. Following a continuous period of about six hours dedicated to pruning, I observed a minor drop in performance. However, to be completely honest, reaching that point requires a significant amount of rigorous and demanding effort. One aspect that I genuinely value about these blades is their ideal length, which makes them versatile for handling a range of tasks, including both thick branches and thinner limbs. The Diablo blade is known for its efficiency, allowing you to typically finish the task in one go.Whenever I need to prune, I always rely on these blades as they have consistently shown their effectiveness. When it comes to purchasing top-notch pruning blades, the Freud Diablo 12" Carbide Reciprocating Blades should be given top priority if you're in the market. The amount of money they cost is completely justified by their quality or usefulness.

Worth the price
Works great, I’ve used these blades (this Brad and style) for years and I always go back. The only downside is the price as they are expensive but they seem to be worth it.

Diablo Pruning Blades "Great Blades"
These blades are Great; they are very sharp and long to help pruning high in trees. The blade tip design makes it easy to plunge into the ground to cut unwanted tree roots. I have had my first blade for years and still was cutting good till I bent it to the side and broke it right at the end of the saw wiping off dirt. I would buy again and recommend to others.

Better than the Chinese brand. Dewalt is better
Cut down a tree and cut off all the branches with one blade. Cut the trunk into about 6 pieces. Much better than the Chinese five blade set I got for $15 but probably not as good as Dewalt blades which I used 2 blades for like 5 years 😛

These are the BEST blades ever!
These were used in taking down and cutting up several dead 15-20 ft trees. The blades are stout, the teeth are sharp and they last a very long time. They held securely in the saw and are long enough to handle branches that many blades could not. They made the job(s) a lot easier and quicker.

Best blade I have found, for tree work.
Top notch blade. Carbide tip teeth. Great for cutting tree roots, and below ground. Dirt does not hurt carbide.
