I suffer with arthritis in both my hip & back so I purchased this cushion in the hope that the extra support would help me. I haven't owned the cushion long, so it is early days, but I have noticed that the extra padding has made both my back and hip less painful. I wasn't entirely sure when I opened the box as the cushion felt very hard and unforgiving so I was delighted to find it moulded to me whilst remaining supportive. I think I will find this cushion very useful, & whilst it was a considered purchase for me, it will be worth every penny if it makes my daily life less painful. It is a large cushion, made for an office chair but I use it on our sofa and I am delighted that it still offers the same support that it would on a firmer chair. I did try it on a wooden kitchen chair but I found the seat was too small to accommodate it, although the cushion showed no sign of slipping on the smooth wood seat.

On arrival things didn't look promising , but it soon burst into like when unpacked and put into place.From the attached photos you can see my seat required some cushioning , but previous purchasesjust didn't cut it.This however has breathed new life into using the seats , In fact such is the enhanced posture on usingthe pad.The harsh uncomfortable seat that it was bought for that was rarely used , has now taken over asmy computer desk chair.A very generous size means it sit in place and doesn't shift about.By holding my posture correctly , not only is it comfortable , but it indicates just how poor myposture normally is when sat at a computer/dsek/table.Still brand new, but it appears sturdy enough that it's built to last.Firm enough to provide lift too, that I didn't anticipate.I rarely leave reviews , So take that as an indication that this item(unlike so much tat I've previously purchased on here)is well worth the cost.It's very likely though that I'm now going to have to buy another one.

Very big and quite comfortable, but much firmer than memory foam. Helpful for hip pain, providing stability, but would have been nicer if it was slightly softer.

I have an elongated coccyx and is absolutely saved me, especially when I have a desk job!!

I have to work from home one day a week and my occasional use chairs were just not living up to the hype. I purchased this cushion to see if it would help with my sciatic flare which was occurring from using the poorly supportive chairs. This worked like a charm! My back pain has gone. It’s so supportive and cushioned, my posture is much better and I no longer hobble in pain or relying on conventional medication for pain relief after a day at the laptop. The seat is of good size, even my big butt had extra room 🤣

Did nothing much to improve sciatica pain . Does improve overall seated posture

Honestly it’s not great.The actual thing it’s self is comfortable. However it sits around 2 inches shorter than my pc gaming chair. I got the xl aswell.However because it sits lower it causes my actual chair to dig in to the back of my calf’s causing discomfort. It’s you have a smaller chair will prob be perfect but for a pc gaming chair I would advise against and prob just buy a memory foam pillow for your bed lol.
