I have really noticed a difference after taking this for a month

I bought these for my husband and myself. I have noticed I sleep so much better and feel it has helped with staying focused. My dreams are very vivid but that is normal for what I read. My husband said his dreaming has not changed.I’ll continue ordering these, it’s been a month taking but have decided the benefits are worth ordering more.

I finished my 1st bottle. I feel more energetic and maybe not quite as forgetful. Probably need a few months to know for sure.

As a vegan I appreciate the vegetable capsule and testing for contaminates.Let’s be honest, it’s often hard to tell how much benefit one gets from a supplement but I’ve done a lot of research on Lion’s Mane mushrooms, and many articles claim benefits. In this case there are 5 different mushrooms.The claims are increased focus, memory, healthy gut, mood enhancement and reduce stress. I can’t say that it’s improved those things yet, but I’ve not noticed any issues with them either.I love mushrooms anyway, but these capsules pack in a lot more than I can eat, plus I can’t find the specific mushrooms in my local grocery store anyway.The tablets are medium sized, serving size is 2 tablets daily, and they’re easy to swallow with no adverse taste or difficulty swallowing. We’ll see how I feel when I’ve finished the bottle.I appreciate that they’re organic and made in the USA, the bottle came sealed, and at $30 for a 30 day supply, I think they’re worth a try.
