I haven’t used it as yet, but it came in ok, it wasn’t broken and everything was fine in the package and I like that.

It is sour than we expect. Quality is good, especially the bottle, almost thought I bought a wine instead of vinegar. Top seal is hard to open, I guess it is designed to keep a good seal. I use it for salad and other Chinese cooking. Taste a little too sour so I always add honey or a little sugar.

I love this vinegar it makes a wonderful vinaigrette so yummy. I made it for a salad at a dinner party and they were trying to take the left overs home. I just bought my second bottle and I’m going to try the white one too

I really enjoy this vinegar on a salad. It has a touch of sweetness to it. Very tasty
