So quick & gluten free
When I'm too tired to make myself a meal, this does the job. If you're dairy sensitive, take a Lactaid pill or don't eat this.

Delicious!
I wasn't sure about trying this product, but I used to (pre-Celiac) love the name brand equivalents. So I decided to give them a shot. I was so impressed by the flavor and texture, that I immediately ordered a whole case of them so I won't run out.Very satisfying. Nice sharp cheddar flavor, and as long as you don't overcook the pasta (always a concern with rice pastas (white or brown), I learned my lesson about that back in the 80s) the texture is great. Much tastier than I was expecting. My old favorite gluten free Mac and cheese seems to have been discontinued (a different brand altogether), and this one is vying for my new favorite.

Who doesn't love macaroni?
My regular grocery store is usually out of stock of Annies GF macaroni so I just order by the case here. Tastes great and doesn't make me sick!
