This is a high level pre workout, and it’s really worth the money. Only knock would be the flavor is just too artificial for me at times. I don’t take PWs for the taste alone and would rather a great supplement with a mediocre taste than a great taste with subpar results, so not the end of the world that it’s just an ok flavor.

I don't know why I ever quit using this! I've been bonking before I ever start my workout using other pre's. I took a scoop 20 mins before my workout today, and it completely changed my workout intensity. If you suffer from energy deficiency using other products, throw the other stuff away and get this!

I have been using this for 5 years and when I received my last one and it’s a new formula. I was excited at first even I saw that it had Himalayan salt in it but I’ve taken it twice and it’s not nearly as strong as it was before. Just an fyi for anyone who uses this regularly, it’s not the same 😑
