Why did you pick this product vs others?:The product is very good, it makes my daily life very effective..very good for day to day life and the chopper is very sharp and good quality material and very steady and also the hand blender is work like magic it blends anything less than a min totally satisfied with the product.

Item is good. I have been using for one year. Additional item was replaced adtwe when it stopped working after year.

One of the worst products that I have bought.Although it advertises as 1000w motor, the traction of the the motor is useless, it was not able to blend mayonnaise in the jar. the motor started to smoke and that was when I realized the bad quality of the product.later I tried to used the chopper and the plastic part of the chopper just snapped on use.I have been trying to contact them through email and phone and neither are the emails replied and the customer care nos says it does not exist.the noise level is badI wouldnt say it is value for money rather waste of money

The product was good and working properly but I got an issue with product and contact to customer care.If you fill the form in their website and shows Message they will contact you in 3-5 working days but they didn't even reply after those days we did it twice but their was no reply so we directly contact them the number given and issue was solvedThe customer care is really good and responsive if you direct contact them and quick reply your query so.The product was nice and definitely worth to buy just need to improvement in customer care otherthen everything is good and fully satisfied with product
