Finally an improvement in the water taste
Still the same cartridge, but better taste than before.

What a difference in the taste of water
We have rather chlorine type smelling and tasting hard water. This filter makes our water taste like good quality bottled water. Easy to install. Filter lasts much longer than expected

Does not reduce limescale!
My first filter I had was excellent. Virtually no limescale in the kettle (there will always be a little bit), however this filter is horrendous! Limescale build up is quite bade for a filter from a company I have used for many years. I am now looking for alternatives as the product is not as it used to be. Very bad filtration on this ne.

Where is the hallow fiber?
It is empty and not sure how this does the filtering? I will use it for few days and edit my comment depend on the taste, however not happy with what I see at the moment.
