These compression sleeves are not only comfortable to hike in, they gave support to my knees. I hiked up and down several rocky mountains in Bosnia, expecting to feel pain in my knees. I was pleasantly surprised that with the support I didn't notice any pain. I wore for several hours after the 3 hour hikes and I had no swelling. The wires on the sides are great for added support and weren't annoying while climbing like I thought they could have been. I will be getting another set of these soon.They didn't roll. Because I went up a size since I was a 1/2" away from needing the next size, I did notice they would slide down a little which I expected, I only had to adjust them once on my hikes which I felt wasn't an issue.Now I wear them around when I am working in the house to support my knees. They do the job they are made to do!

I have had these for a couple months. They help support my knee with arthritis and keep my knee warm here in Reno, NV where it is cold these days. I like having two of them because it is easy to at least find one of them after I take them off, and to wash one/ have one. I think they are comfortable. I measured my leg as instructed and the one I got fits fine. The stays on the side do not bother me at all.

When I first put the Vital Salveo-Compression Recovery Knee Sleeve/Brace S-Support on, it was most unsatisfying. It wanted to roll from the top and would slip down also. Tried wearing it for a short time, gave up and set it aside. A few days later I put it on again and did a lot of adjusting on my leg. Well, this time it did not roll and it remained up. I then mowed my yard, getting on and off my riding mower several times. I had to adjust it a couple of times, but much better than the first time. It does feel like it is supporting my knee. I've had it on for several hours today and it has been mostly comfortable. So for now, I'm planning to keep both knee sleeves that came in the box. Good to have a spare or use it on the other knee.

BEST knee sleeves ever! I love these. I've ordered these 10 different times (individually before, but love the combination pack, so now I ordered this way). I've recommended them to others as well. They don't make your knees or legs sweat, which is a huge plus. They really make a difference with knee pain and swelling. I don't normally believe in all that woo woo sort of stuff (i.e., silver, bamboo, etc.) but these have been a life saver for me. I originally ordered to use on my non-surgery knee when I got Complete Knee Replacement (CKR). Both knees were bad, but I got the worst one done and was afraid for the non-surgery knee, knowing it would take a lot of pounding and pressure while the surgery knee was healing.I ended up using this sleeve on my CKR knee about 6 months in and it helped with the stiffness of that knee. Even the surgeon noticed. Not everyone's body is the same, but these knee sleeves have been life savers for me! Highly recommend.UPDATE: Jut now (August 2019) ordered even more of these (that's how fabulous they are). Love that they've added in non-slip band at top of braces. That makes a BIG difference and is just another positive for these braces. TRULY, these are the BEST knee sleeves on the planet. I swear by them and wear them daily now. So far, they've kept me from having to get more surgery and when I wear them there is a significant decrease in the pain and swelling in my knees. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!! Seller is great and very quick to send product. Highly recommend both the knee sleeves and the seller.

I ordered XXL and the product's box was tagged/marked as that size, but the sleeve's tag was a L and it fit as such. Just too small to keep. Maybe an XL would have been okay. Amazon gave me a free return shipping label and credit upon it's arrival back within just a day or two. That part is awesome! I don't think I'll order these though and perhaps having a shipping/product error was to my benefit because when I tried them on I really didn't care for the metal (feels like it) strip that is sewed inside of it along the inside and outside of the sleeve - that is the darker vertical stripes you see in the pic. I don't need something pressing on the sore parts of my knee and part of my pain is in the back. I just need all around pressure/constriction so I will try another style.

These stand up to a full cardio and weight workout. They have the same amount of comfort and compression as other brands that cost twice as much.For the fashion conscious, while they are labeled as "dark gray" they seem pretty black to me. They may fade a bit with wear, but the pair I got are darker than the picture implies.Bonus points to the maker for bundling these as a pair instead of having to buy at a higher price individually.

I have tried several products since a minor knee injury a few years ago. My kneecap sometimes does not "track" correctly, resulting in a painful "crack" each time I get up from my desk chair, etc. I no longer need the heavy-duty support or immobilization of the Velcro knee braces, but a bit of compression/support is still needed to keep my kneecap on track. This Vital Salveo sleeve is perfect! The lightweight stays on the side help to keep the sleeve up where it belongs (I tried the one without the side pieces and it wouldn't stay up) and the light compression and warmth is exactly what my poor old knee needs. Be careful when selecting a Vital Salveo product however, because there are three products that look very similar but have different letters designating their function.
