The media could not be loaded. I have ordered this perfume three times before and never faced any issues, but this time the spray nozzle is not working properly and even comes off completely. This is not acceptable from Bella Vita, especially when we are paying ₹800. The fragrance is good, but the packaging quality is very disappointing
