A book must read.
A very good book . Medical terms and all about liver is explained in very easy language. Should be translated in Hindi so that many more people can gather the information and become cautious. Thanks a lot Dr.

Great reminder for a healthy living with well crafted real life stories
I watched Dr Sarin's interview in ANI podcast and was impressed by the way he presented facts and the precautions one needs to take for a healthy living. This book contains 21 real life stories of individuals who suffered from chronic illnesses. Almost every illness can be linked to either genes or the lifestyle choices of the patient. He has meticulously documented the root cause of their maladies and has shared important lessons and tips in each chapter. They are not too preachy or technical but filled with wisdom and empathy. It was easily relatable and very impactful.Almost all maladies are linked to the issues with liver and I was pleased to see how much doctor has emphasized the importance of eating sensibly and staying fit.Thank you doctor for writing such a thoughtful and inspiring book. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Take charge of your body at any age
Own Your Body bridges the gap between medical jargon and everyday life. Whether you're facing a health scare or just striving for a better lifestyle, Dr. Sarin's wisdom shines through, empowering readers to take charge of their health. This book also reminds us that small, consistent changes can lead to significant improvements in our overall health and quality of life.Though he speaks better of when you hear him and I never liked the flow and writing style of book as the essence and take aways get lost in so many case studies mentioned in book .
