This has been a great addition to my bathroom. My electrician hardwire installed it and it works great! It’s sturdy, high quality, and dries the towels well! I highly recommend.If you can afford it - Have an electrician install it and save yourself the headache :)

This towel rack does the job as expected. It dries our towels faster than air drying. When wanting a warm towel (not hot) it does that. Love that it is attached to the wall. Overall we have been very pleased with this towel rack and would recommend to others.

Very attractive, but can only be used if you plug in.

Bought two of these 7 months ago. One of them has stopped working. The power cable does not have continuity between one of prongs on the plug and the other end. I need a new cable but cannot find any contact details for the manufacturer.

It met our expectation in that we primarily wanted a sturdy, practical towel rack. The fact that it is also heated was mainly just a bonus. Installation was straightforward. It does dry the towels and keeps our small bathroom a noticeably warmer, but I doubt that it would heat a large bathroom much.It does not really make the towels "hot" , but then I am pretty sure it is not meant to. Get a canister towel heater if that's what you want. I can't speak to ultra long-term reliability yet, but we have had the warmer turned on continuously now for several months with no issues.

Installation instructions were lacking but in reality, with the direct connect option, there's only 3 drywall taps you have to make. everything was topknot. Let's see about the lifetime.

The rack is so hot even at level 3 and it can use as a space heater. Not sure why some reviews stated that it is useless. I had my handyman installed and hotwired it. Looks totally slick in my newly remodeled bathroom.

I was hoping to get cozy warm towels but this rack doesn't do that. It is a great drying rack. The instructions weren't great. I used a previous review and used the box to make a template. That was very helpful. It does look beautiful though.
